De beste aspecten van dit hotel zijn de vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers, de schone kamers en de goede faciliteiten. Natuurlijk is de locatie ideaal, omdat het dicht bij het treinstation en openbaar vervoer ligt. Er zijn ook veel restaurants en cafes in de buurt, wat erg handig is voor het vinden van lekkere maaltijden. Gelukkig is het hotel niet ver van het Eden Park stadion, wat geweldig is als je een evenement daar wilt bijwonen. Ten slotte is het parkeren ook goed geregeld, met voldoende ruimte voor gasten.
